Events From Activism to Leadership: A Dialogue Between New Trade Union Stewards and Union Leaders 09.10.2026 We gathered 30 trade unionists from 10 affiliated unions for a two-day meeting. Image: Creator: SSSH/N. Junaković In Križevci, we gathered 30 trade unionists from various unions and parts of Croatia for a meeting that created a space for dialogue between those who have built and participated in the trade union movement for years and those who are just taking on their roles. We listened to different experiences, re-examined established ways of working, and discussed what we want to preserve and what to change so that unions remain strong and relevant. Thank you to everyone who enriched this meeting with their proactivity, questions, and experience. The event was organized in cooperation with the Association of Autonomous Trade Unions of Croatia (SSSH) within the framework of the EDUCA - SSSH trade union training system.
